Tents of 4x4m are rented. Food trucks can also register under the terms and conditions of Fresh Food.
A distinction is made between FRESH FOOD, DRY FOOD, MASSAGE, NON-FOOD exhibitors. 

The sooner you register, the sooner you can choose your location yourself. The organization remains ultimately responsible for the choice of staffing.

A registration is only valid after payment of the invoice.

  

FRESH FOOD - € 800
All exhibitors who cook on site and offer fresh dishes can operate a fresh food stand. 
The dishes offered must be Thai. (e.g. barbecue, pad thai, fried snacks)
 

DRY FOOD - € 500
All stallholders who offer packaged food or food that is not prepared on site can operate a dry food stand. The dishes offered must be Asian. (e.g. packaged sauces, vegetables/fruit, chips)

 

NON FOOD - € 250
All exhibitors who do not cook. Asian-related goods can be offered here. (e.g. clothing).
 

MASSAGE - €250 (per tent)
All exhibitors offering massage.

Included: Each stall is provided with 1x electricity (2500W), 1x table, 2x chairs.

Extras: can be provided at an additional cost. Extras are rented while supplies last:

• Extra tent - 4x4 meters: 50% of the basic price

• Freezer: 75 euros

• Fridge: 75 euros

• Ice blocks (10kg): 15 euros

• Crushed ice (10kg): 15 euros

• Extra electricity - 1 connection per 2500W mandatory!: 75 euros

• Extra table: 15 euros
